These Terms and Conditions govern the use and contracting of services offered by Ready to Travel Peru, operating in the city of Cusco, Peru (Tax ID (RUC) N. 20608967037). By contracting any of our services, the client declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted the conditions described herein.
How to book our services
Reservations must be submitted via email. Once received, clients will receive a confirmation detailing all included and excluded services.

Payment methods and bank details
Bank transfers are accepted in USD or Peruvian soles.
The client must complete full tour payment before starting the service. All bank commissions are covered by the client. Deposit receipts must be sent to the company email.
To ensure the availability of all services included in your travel experience, we recommend completing your payment within the following timeframes:
Important policy — read carefully
Applies to tours that have not been previously modified.
Refunds processed within 30 calendar days via the original payment method.
No cancellations or refunds permitted for the Inca Trail.
Changes to confirmed bookings
Passport number change allowed with penalties: up to 7 days before: 30% | more than 7 days before: 20%
No modifications permitted.
Changes allowed with the same penalties as Machu Picchu.
Name/date changes with 10% penalty if 3-5 days before. No penalty if 5+ days before.
Changes allowed with 40% penalty up to 10 days before.

In case of force majeure, only recoverable amounts are refunded. The company reserves the right to cancel service for clients under drug influence or in dangerous conditions.
Reduced rates by group
Proof of age/status required via digital ID copy. Train discounts: ages 0-2 free, ages 3-11 reduced rate.
Coverage recommendations
Travel insurance covering luggage loss, accidents, and other unforeseen events is recommended. The company provides emergency first aid, but medical transportation and treatment costs are the client responsibility.
Client obligations
Image Rights: Clients accept and grant the right to use images, photos, and videos from their tour for advertising purposes without compensation.
