Is it possible to travel to the Humantay Lake with children? The answer is YES, but before we have to take into account that the hike is uphill with a duration of 2 hours, if you as a parent consider that your child is able to withstand the hike there would be no problem to make the tour.
Option 1: If the child has the desire to go to the lake and does not usually walk for a long time the option is to rent horses that are at the beginning of the walk and that has an additional price, this horse will take you to the closest point of the lake which is 5 minutes away from it.
It is recommended not to go to the Humantay Lake with babies in order to avoid causing altitude sickness to the baby.
