ITINERARY

DAY 01: CUSCO – MALAGA PASS – ALFAMAYUC – SANTA MARÍA

• To start the Inca Jungle tour, we will pick you up from your hotel starting at 07:30 hrs. 
• Already located inside the tourist bus we will go to the highest point which is the pass of Malaga (4350 m.a.s.l.) where we can have a magnificent view of the La Veronica snow-capped and adjacent smaller snow-capped.
• In the pass of Malaga we will leave towards Alfamayuc, this is the starting point where our guide will give us information and details of the route and then we will begin the descent on bikes by a road of 45 km with destination towards Santa Maria (1430 a.s.l.) a unique experience.
• After arriving in the town of Santa Maria we will have lunch and dinner in a local family hostel.

DAY 02: SANTA MARÍA – SANTA TERESA – HYDROELECTRIC – AGUAS CALIENTES

• We start the day from Santa Maria to Santa Teresa. for this we will take a bus which will take us an average of 1 hour.
• Already located in Santa Teresa we will have a 3 hour walk through trails where there are many coffee plantations, papayas, mangoes and native trees of the area to reach Hydroelectric.
• At Hydroeléctric we will have lunch to recover our energy and continue our hike to Aguas Calientes along the trails and paths of the railroad line to reach Aguas Calientes for an average of 2 hours.
• In Aguas Calientes town where Machupicchu is located we can rest and spend the night in a hotel.
• Finally, in the evening we will have dinner in a tourist restaurant in Aguas Calientes.

DAY 3: MACHUPICCHU

• The big day has arrived after a magnificent experience of trekking along Inca trails and beautiful landscapes, it is sunrise in Machupicchu.
