The Ashram in the Sacred Valley of the Incas is carried in a traditional landscape where meditation classes are taught, spiritual research and in which also workshops and courses of oriental therapies where Hinduism is practiced, these are carried in adobe houses with tile roofs to connect with the harmony of the natural environment, it also makes the use of green areas such as gardens and organic farming areas.

Generally these Ashram activities are carried out in groups and in some cases in small groups of 5 people. If you wish to stay in the ashram it is a very good option since most of them have rooms available. Also in some Ashram excursions are organized to archaeological sites that are close to the environment that aim to discover what is in there as a generating force, it is not allowed to drink alcohol, smoke and eat red meat of any kind being vegetarian food.
