The butterfly house or also known as Wasi pillpi (house of the butterflies) is located in the national park of Machupicchu in the region of Cusco in Peru. The best season is during the dry season, from April to September, when the absence of rain allows for a better experience inside the butterfly garden, but during the rainy months the butterflies tend to shelter and it is difficult to see them flying.
