The Qhapaq Ñan Inca Trail or Inca Trail is a network of roads perfected by the Incas whose purpose was to unite the towns of the Tahuantinsuyo empire for an efficient administration of resources throughout the territory that comprised the Inca empire.
The importance of the Qhapaq Ñan is that through the Incas came to communicate the historical, natural and cultural diversity that form the countries of Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Peru where they crossed the Inca road network Qhapaq Ñan.
